Court litigation of business disputes is very undesirable. It is ponderously slow, very costly, needlessly public and without a certain outcome.

In contrast, private arbitration (or mediation) before a skilled neutral is highly preferable. The results are speedier, much less expensive, completely private and usually much more satisfactory.
